PAYMENT METHOD:

Payment via certified/cashier’s check, or money order payable to’ Loyalist Arms and Repairs Ltd’.
Personal checks that are not certified could be held 10 days for Canadian and 30 days for US residents.
WE accept the following US credit cards, however, the pricing must be converted to Canadian funds (for C.Card. purchases only), at
our end, then the credit card companies use their own exchange rate, which will result in a slightly higher cost to the customer.
. Credit cards are convenient, but Money orders are more economical.

Please advise us if you wish to pay via c.card, and we will give you a quote in Cdn. $$.
We also accept Western Union transfers. Please inquire regarding information about sending paymants in this way.

You are always welcome to call or email us, if you have questions or inquiries.

SHIPPING TO THE US:

- Yes, we can ship economically to the US!!

A) We ship most of our firearms via express parcel post insured ( 6-7 business days to most locations), to the US.

We can also ship via EXPEDITED parcel post. (slower but cheaper)

**We recommend Express parcel post for fastest and safest delivery.
Our postage rates reflect the fact that we remove the lock assembly from the pistols and muskets and send spearately, so you receive 2 parcels.
This method helps in clearing US customs faster.

B) Miscellaneous items can be shipped via air mail or express post or courier.

C) We cannot ship COD to the US.

D) No FFL dealer is needed for any muzzle loading firearms, or percussion breechloaders.

E) An FFL dealer need only be involved for brass cartridge firearms. To ship a cartridge firearm to the US, you will need a licensed firearms dealer with an FFL, to fill out a BATF form 6 for you. This will not cost you anything, but there is a waiting period of 4-6 weeks for approval.  Once approved, the firearm is shipped to your airport, and you can pick it up.

F) If air freight is desired, we can only ship to an international airport where Air
Canada flies direct.
The customer would have to pick up the item at their airport and clear customs there. We supply all documentation, (when necessary). We recommend air freight for larger orders of several long guns, as it is usually more economical. Some airports may charge a $ 10.00 - $ 15.00 clearance fee, but we find that some airports do not charge this fee.
